Levin likened the search of Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort and other documents to that of British royalty, who would go through the American colonists' businesses. Biden's inaction exhibited a clear and palpable malice toward his political rival.
The Department of Justice violated the constitutional rights of President Trump when it raided his Florida property earlier this year. Not only did he not have due process, but his lawyers were also brutalized. Moreover, his attorney was forced to provide documents that were not authorized by him.
The Department of Justice lawyers ignored the legal precedent set by former President Bill Clinton when it came to deciding which materials should be kept in the private records of his administration. They claimed that the decision was made by the president during his term. This is not acceptable.
The Executive Office of the President and the Espionage Act are involved in this case. It is believed that Trump's possession of state secrets could compromise the country's ability to defend itself. He has maintained that he only declassified the documents after he left the White House in 2021.

It is time for the conservative movement to stand up and defend the Constitution against the lies that Joe Biden has been spreading. He should be held accountable for his actions and be punished.
