Another day, another gaffe from Sleepy Joe. This Tuesday, President Biden took the stage to unveil his latest plan for amnesty, but it was his deteriorating mental faculties that stole the show. In an almost comedic turn of events, Biden, while introducing his Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, flubbed the DHS chief’s name right there on live television. Mayorkas, of course, just stood by beaming as if nothing was amiss.
The comedy didn’t stop there. Even after the White House dragged its feet in releasing the official transcript, it couldn’t cover up the train wreck. Biden’s mangled recognition of Mayorkas was left unaltered in the transcript. The charade tried to go on, with Biden attempting to throw in a joke and laugh it all off. But no amount of chuckling could mask the fact that the leader of the free world seemed utterly lost.

The media circus continued with Biden bumbling through inexplicable sounds instead of coherent sentences. The RNC Research couldn’t resist circulating the clip of Biden’s latest malfunction, underscoring the absurdity of the situation. Even though the White House made no attempt to gloss over the debacle in its official transcript, it highlighted the growing concerns about Biden’s competency.
One can only laugh at the White House’s sluggishness in releasing the transcripts of Biden’s remarks. While the First Lady Jill Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have their transcripts out within hours, Biden’s speech summaries seem to take a scenic route before showing up. This pattern of delay was seen again after Biden’s Juneteenth remarks were posted long after the event had ended—an embarrassing lag when compared to the nearly immediate posting of Harris’s comments.
Then there’s Greg Gutfeld and his zinger-filled segment on Fox News’ “Gutfeld!” Wednesday night. He dedicated his monologue to dismantling the “cheap fake” narrative that the Left loves to cling to. Spinning the tale into hilarity, Gutfeld cheekily asked viewers if Tuesday’s clip of Biden was digitally altered, only to confirm what everyone was thinking: this was, unfortunately, their president in real time. The audience was in stitches as Gutfeld mocked the idea of Biden leading anything, much less the country.
Gutfeld’s monologue took another swing by comparing the absurdity of the media’s desperate attempts to spin Biden’s blunders with their false narratives against Donald Trump. Remember the “fine people” hoax? Or the rehashed conspiracies surrounding Trump’s every move? Gutfeld was quick to draw a parallel, declaring that the louder the Left screams about “hoaxes,” the more they’re likely to be the ones producing them. The hypocrisy is suffocating.
In his typical razor-sharp style, Gutfeld coined the term “dementiacrats” to mock the Democrats while reeling off a list of infamous hoaxes, from the Trump bleach drinking myth to the Steele dossier fairy tale. He reminded us of the misleading claims about COVID and Russian disinformation, hammering home the undeniable fact that we are neck-deep in another season of manufactured scandal. It’s as if the Left thinks the American public has memory problems akin to their bumbling leader.
So here we are, awaiting the next chapter in this ongoing saga of blunders from the current administration. God help us if this is the best they can offer.
