You wouldn’t believe the latest bombshell in the ongoing legal battles against former President Donald Trump! His legal team has reportedly uncovered some shocking evidence that could expose collusion between the Biden White House and intelligence agencies. I mean, talk about a scandal!
According to the brave and diligent reporter Julie Kelly, who was on the scene at a classified documents case hearing in Judge Cannon’s courtroom, things got real interesting. Judge Cannon didn’t seem too convinced by the special counsel’s assurances about trial dates and even raised some doubts about the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) approach. Finally, someone with some common sense!
But here’s the real juicy part: Trump’s lawyers dropped a truth bomb on Judge Cannon. They revealed evidence suggesting that the Biden White House, along with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and the DOJ, collaborated to determine which documents to include in the indictment against Trump by Special Counsel Jack Smith. It’s like they were conspiring against him!
To add insult to injury, it turns out there was a letter from June 2023 requesting the Department of Energy to revoke Trump’s security clearance. And when did this letter conveniently surface? Just after Smith handed down the classified documents indictment! It’s clear that they were trying to stack the deck against our innocent President.

This revelation adds a whole new layer of complexity to the already convoluted legal battles Trump has been facing. Just a few weeks ago, he spoke out against the case in a New York City courthouse, highlighting the glaring inconsistencies and calling for its dismissal. And who can blame him? This whole thing is a witch hunt!
If this evidence can be substantiated, it could expose a coordinated effort by the Biden administration, NARA, and the DOJ to target Trump. This could completely change the trajectory of the case against him. And boy, do they need a wake-up call! It’s time for the truth to come out.
Special Counsel Jack Smith hasn’t been having an easy time either. Judge Aileen Cannon recently ruled against him, prohibiting the storage of documents seized from the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago in an external facility. And to top it off, Judge Cannon refused Smith’s request to keep his list of potential witnesses hidden from Trump’s legal team. Good for her, standing up for justice!
Let’s not forget that Smith is trying to prosecute Trump under the 1917 Espionage Act, claiming that he wrongfully took classified documents from the White House. But Trump has been quick to shut that down, reminding everyone about his authority to declassify records under the Presidential Records Act. They can’t just make up crimes to try and take him down!
Legal experts are already buzzing about the potential impact of this newfound connection between the Biden administration and the indictment against Trump.
