The Biden administration may have just hit a new low, and it’s not just the usual daily debacle. This week’s White House Report Card dished out a double “F” that even the most sympathetic Democrats would struggle to justify. Pollster John Zogby didn’t hold back, condemning Biden’s approach to the Middle East conflict as “wet noodle” ineffective—a fitting description for a president who seems to be more concerned with his beach naps than international diplomacy.
John Babbin, a conservative analyst, took the critique further by likening Biden’s cognitive abilities to that of a potato. While that may seem harsh, these comparisons don’t spring from mere jest; they reflect a growing consensus that this administration is not just out of touch but also struggling profoundly to execute any semblance of coherent foreign policy. It appears that while Biden has been missing in action, the world is not waiting for him to catch up, and the ramifications of his inaction are being felt globally.
The absence of the president has been conspicuous enough that he even skipped his typical long naps at his Delaware beach getaway. With Biden’s public appearances dwindling, voters can’t help but wonder what’s happening behind the scenes. His last address to the United Nations was largely ignored, not just by the media but apparently by other world leaders. Meanwhile, a photo op with Ukrainian President Zelensky managed to overshadow Biden’s meeting, leaving many scratching their heads about who’s really running the show in Washington.
And then there’s Vice President Kamala Harris. She has been trying to revamp her image while dancing around a border crisis that she and the president have turned into a national nightmare. Harris’s recent attempt to create a ruckus with a brief border photo op indicates she is aware of the optics but is twelve steps behind reality. Amidst her campaign trail strolls, a report surfaced detailing that under her watch, 30,000 illegals linked to heinous crimes entered the country. Yet, here she is, floundering about, trying to convince Americans that the Biden-Harris administration is the way forward.

When Harris urges voters to “move on” from the “failed four years” of her and Biden’s policies, it’s hard to suppress the laughter. “Bidenomics” has been a desolate failure, characterized by inflation and rising costs that have hurt American families. Her endorsement of these same policies is like a captain going down with a sinking ship while arguing that it’s a luxury yacht. Amidst their blunders, the Biden administration has not only managed to make a laughingstock of themselves but also has given rise to speculation about letting new blood take charge—if anyone can find Biden, that is.
Meanwhile, the absurdity continues. The rhetoric aimed at former President Trump has veered dangerously close to advocating violence, with comments that can only be interpreted as malicious that leave many uneasy about the sanity of the current administration. But while the current leaders are in disarray, former President Trump remains a strong contender, and with outsider support from Zelensky, the Democrats’ miscalculations seem to pave a clear path back to power for the GOP. Only time will tell if the October Surprise will involve a changing of the guard within the faltering Biden regime. But one thing is certain: Americans are ready for a real leader on the world stage—not another wet noodle.
