Since Joe Biden became the president, he has been making it clear that he intends to weaken the US' military. He has repeatedly proposed significant budget cuts while simultaneously providing substantial military aid to Ukraine. This shows how he would rather prioritize other countries over the US.
In addition, Biden is trying to turn the US military into a political tool, using it to appeal to individuals who are against global warming, transgender people, and pro-abortion rights groups. Shouldn't the armed forces be focused on protecting the country instead of pushing a political agenda?
The White House is reportedly planning on vetoing a bill that would have given our troops significant pay raises. The legislation would have given the junior enlisted troops a 30 percent raise next year, and it would have ensured that no service member would earn less than $15 an hour. Unfortunately, Biden doesn't support our troops and would rather focus on his own liberal agenda, such as climate change, diversity, and abortion.
It is outrageous that the Biden administration opposes pay raises for junior-enlisted personnel because they do not want to implement permanent changes to the pay schedule. Shouldn't we be honoring our service members instead of leaving them behind?

The Republican-controlled House of Representatives passed a defense policy bill in July, but the Biden Administration objected to various provisions. One of these is the repeal of the Department of Defense's policy on abortion travel. They also excluded programs that provide medical treatment for transgender individuals.
The White House condemned the legislation and claimed that it would have a negative effect on the LGBTQ community. It also proposed deep cuts to programs that help the environment.
It is clear that Biden's priorities have gone wrong. He is no longer concerned with the protection of the country and the maintenance of our troops, instead he is pushing for his liberal agenda. Americans deserve a leader who will put the country first.
