Joining the illustrious ranks of presidential son Hunter Biden is none other than his half-sister, Ashley Biden. You may think that being the daughter of President Joe Biden and his second wife, Jill Biden, would somehow exempt her from paying her taxes, but nope, she owes $5,000 in unpaid income taxes, according to a recent report from Fox News.
This stunning revelation comes from a “recent tax lien docket” viewed by the ever-watchful eyes at Fox. And get this, the unpaid taxes cover a period included within the dates shown on the lien, which is from Jan. 1, 2015, to Jan. 1, 2021. Looks like Ms. Biden forgot to pay her taxes for quite a few years, huh?
To top it all off, neither Ashley Biden nor her attorney bothered to respond to requests for comment from Fox. And guess who else is staying silent on the matter? The White House. Surprise, surprise.
To add insult to injury, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue in Philadelphia County has come knocking at Ashley Biden’s door, informing her that the “amount of such unpaid tax, interest, additions or penalties is a lien in favor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania upon the taxpayer’s property — real, personal, or both — as the case may be.”
One conservative source, Garrett Ziegler, the founder of the nonprofit Marco Polo and a former President Trump aide, didn’t mince words when he called out the Biden family for their tax evasion. He pointed out the irony of the Biden family preaching about the importance of the “millionaires and billionaires” paying their “fair share,” while their own kin are avoiding their tax obligations.
How careless, indeed! It seems that even the American first family can’t be bothered to pay what they owe. It’s a good thing that we have eagle-eyed individuals like Garrett Ziegler and the hardworking folks at Fox News to keep tabs on the Biden family’s financial shenanigans.
As for Ashley Biden, she may have a master’s degree in social work and have worked as a social worker, but that doesn’t mean she gets a pass on paying her taxes. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and it looks like the Biden family tree is riddled with tax issues.
So, there you have it, folks. The Bidens may talk the talk about paying taxes, but when it comes down to it, they can’t seem to walk the walk. Will they ever learn? Only time will tell.
