Biden’s DOJ and Cronies Target Trump in Politically Charged Trial

Once again, the circus is back in town, folks. And at the center ring is former President Donald Trump, throwing his jabs at President Joe Biden, who oddly keeps his hands seemingly clean of the dirty tricks orchestrated by his cronies. Trump’s sharp and not-so-subtle accusations point right at Biden for orchestrating a politically charged prosecution. Trump singled out Alvin Bragg, the Soros-backed District Attorney known for his leniency towards actual criminals but for some reason took a heavy-handed approach against the former president. Bragg, who’s made a career out of downgrading real crime, pulled legal acrobatics to turn Trump’s supposed minor bookkeeping errors into felony charges. But is it really just Trump crying wolf, or does he have a legitimate beef?

Despite the denials from the Biden camp, it’s clear that the current administration is milking this indictment for all it’s worth. Biden’s campaign has even launched massive ads labeling Trump as a “convicted criminal.” Conveniently timed, these ads don’t merely suggest a coincidence but scream of a calculated political maneuver. Sure, Biden didn’t handpick the judge who’s a generous donor to his own campaign, but it’s hard to overlook the judge’s clear bias in the courtroom. Adding fuel to the fire, Biden’s reelection campaign staged a smug event right outside the courthouse, just as the trial closed. Coincidence? Hardly.

More glaring is the involvement of a high-ranking official from Biden’s DOJ who inexplicably jumps ship to Bragg’s office to join the prosecution team. This isn’t just some bureaucrat without a skeleton in the closet; this guy was third-in-command at DOJ and had pockets lined with cash from the Democratic National Committee for so-called consulting during Trump’s presidency. This move stinks of a vendetta, not justice. And let’s not forget the passive role of the Biden DOJ, which seems curiously disinterested in defending its own turf, an act that speaks louder than words.

Contributing to this echo chamber of absurdity is the Federal Elections Commission Commissioner, who openly criticized Bragg’s legal contortions that led to the indictment. The Biden DOJ’s deafening silence in not intervening only bolsters suspicions that they tacitly support the prosecution. This isn’t just neglect but a blatant move to stay out of the fray and let the local DA do the dirty work, while washing their hands clean of any direct involvement. Let’s get real: The DOJ and the FEC had already investigated and found no crimes. Bragg “knew better,” but still took a swing, refusing to back down on nonexistent charges—a clear display of judicial overreach.

Adding salt to wounds, the Biden-supporting judge wouldn’t even let Trump’s defense call a former FEC Chairman as an expert to refute the baseless campaign finance violation accusations. This isn’t just injustice but a tactic to muzzle the defense. In allowing only lines of questioning favorable to the prosecution, the judge’s blatant bias hindered Trump’s ability to present a meaningful defense. Talk about stacking the deck.

At the end of the day, a senior Biden official left to chase Trump. Biden’s team took the opportunity to turn the trial into a campaign sideshow, and the DOJ conveniently watched from the sidelines. Anyone paying attention can see that these actions, or lack thereof, seem to endorse this partisan prosecution. Whether the “justice above all” chorus wants to admit it or not, these overlapping events make one thing clear: Trump’s cries of foul play might just have merit.
