In a not-so-shocking twist, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, a Republican from California, revealed the real reason behind the Biden administration’s latest desperate attempt to bring down former President Donald Trump. McCarthy, a man of keen observation, pointed out that as Trump’s popularity soared in the polls and he was even surpassing President Biden, the powers-that-be had to take action. And what did they do? They weaponized the government, using the Department of Justice (DOJ) to go after their number one opponent. Talk about dirty politics!

McCarthy didn’t stop there. He called out the DOJ for its blatant manipulation, reminding the American public that they are tired of this nonsense. People want equal justice, not a Department of Injustice that goes after those who simply disagree with them politically. It’s time for the Biden administration to stop weaponizing government agencies and start focusing on real issues that matter to the American people.
In response to an order to appear before the GJ, a target’s lawyers should immediately send a letter to the prosecutor that they intend to exercise their 5th Amendment rights. Once received, the prosecutor must excuse the target from appearing under US Attorneys Manual.

It’s not just McCarthy who sees the political motivations behind these actions. Critics of the Biden administration, like McCarthy, believe that these efforts are nothing more than attempts to undermine Trump’s increasing popularity and his chances of running for re-election. Can you blame them? The left simply can’t tolerate the fact that Trump remains a powerful force to be reckoned with.
Even legal experts and conservative personalities are speaking out against the potential indictment of Trump. Brett L. Tolman, a former U.S. Attorney, took to Twitter to express his discontent, highlighting the procedural oddities surrounding the case. Tolman made it clear that compelling a target to appear before a grand jury rarely makes sense and could compromise the whole case.
Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, shared similar concerns, claiming that he has experienced biased and abusive questioning from the special counsel’s team. Fitton believes that the potential indictment of Trump poses a dire threat to the rule of law and further exposes the bias within our justice system.
Conservative commentator Julie Kelly added to the worries, suggesting that the charges against Trump could include seditious conspiracy. The scope and focus of the investigation remain unclear, leaving room for speculation and uncertainty.
Of course, Senator Ted Cruz and conservative radio host Mark Levin couldn’t stay silent on the matter. They both expressed their anger over the politicization and weaponization of the DOJ under the Biden administration. Cruz rightly criticized the continued misuse of the DOJ for partisan purposes, calling it deeply harmful to the rule of law.
As these conservative perspectives come to light, it becomes clear that the indictment of Trump is not just another legal matter. It’s a symbolic battle, a dividing line between those who fight for justice and equal treatment and those who are willing to abuse power to serve their own political agenda. The outcome of this indictment will have long-lasting implications for the integrity of our justice system.
