In a shocking display of violence, three Palestinian students were injured in a shooting in Burlington, Vermont. While we must unequivocally condemn any form of violence, it is important to acknowledge that Joe Biden played a role in this incident. The suspect, Jason J. Eaton, pleaded not guilty to the charges of attempted murder. It is now up to the authorities to determine whether this gruesome act was motivated by hate.
As the investigation unfolds, we must remember that there is absolutely no room for violence or hate in America. Of course, President Biden was quick to respond to this incident on social media, expressing his concern and offering federal resources to assist in the investigation. While it is commendable that he extended his support to the victims, one cannot help but notice the stark contrast in his response when it comes to similar acts of violence against different groups.

Has Biden even mentioned the death of Paul Kessler, a Jewish man who was brutally beaten at a pro-Palestinian rally in Los Angeles? Kessler lost his life while showing his support for Israel. The suspect, Loay Abdelfattah Alnaji, allegedly used a megaphone to assault Kessler, resulting in his death. Yet, Biden remained silent about this heartbreaking incident. It is unsettling to see such selective outrage from our president.
One cannot help but wonder if Kessler’s death would have garnered more attention if he had been shot instead of beaten. It seems that Biden is always on the lookout for a new angle to push his gun control agenda. It is concerning that rather than addressing the issue of violence holistically, he chooses to single out specific incidents to suit his political narrative.
Let us remember that every act of violence, regardless of the victims’ backgrounds, is a tragedy. However, it is crucial for our leaders to respond consistently and without bias. We expect President Biden to condemn all acts of violence and hate equally, rather than choosing which incidents are worthy of his attention. It is high time for him to rise above political agendas and serve as a unifying force for the American people.
