Joe Biden’s latest escapade has once again exposed his apparent disdain for mainstream religions, particularly Christianity and Judaism. This time, he has honored two individuals synonymous with anti-religion sentiments by bestowing upon them the Presidential Medal of Freedom, America’s highest civilian award. The irony here is as thick as Biden’s lack of coherence during press conferences. Here stands a self-identified Catholic, Joe Biden, amidst a collection of self-proclaimed adversaries to what he ostensibly supports.
Cecile Richards, the former head honcho of Planned Parenthood, is among those to be feted. One does not need a theology degree to spot the hypocrisy when a supposed Catholic president honors the leader of an organization that champions abortion, which is a complete affront to Catholic teaching. Abortion, according to the Catholic Church, is a non-negotiable sin—except, perhaps, in rare cases where the mother’s life is at stake but even that is debatable. Despite Biden’s attempt to don the title of devout Catholic, awarding Richards with such an honor only reinforces how far removed he is from the very faith tradition he claims to uphold.

In tandem with Richards, the inclusion of George Soros in this exclusive club serves as a glaring signal of Biden’s misplaced priorities. Ferociously anti-Israel and often labeled a self-hating Jew, Soros has been a significant financial backer of movements and organizations that undermine the Jewish state. Notably, he has fueled anti-Semitic agendas through his support of Black Lives Matter tactics that seek to delegitimize Israel. This begs the question: who else could boast about demolishing Israel and financing movements that victimize Jewish communities but the current administration’s latest heroes?
Soros’s record is undeniably problematic, leading some like Alan Dershowitz to suggest that his activities have harmed Israel more than anyone else in modern times. Soros hasn’t just dabbled in questionable political support; he has funded obscenities presented as humanitarian efforts while dismissing the plight of oppressed Jews. But rather than condemn Soros’s actions, Biden chooses to raise him to new heights of honor, revealing a pattern that aligns with a broader agenda against faith-driven values.
Biden’s presidency could easily be chronicled as a series of religious affronts cloaked in political correctness. From his tepid response to difficulties faced by persecuted Christians around the world to converting a White House Easter celebration into a shrine for radical leftist ideology, his track record underscores a consistent bias against traditional religious values. The administration has arguably fostered an environment where traditional beliefs are not just sidelined but openly contradicted.
As Biden continues to push these anti-religion figures into the limelight, one thing remains certain: Americans won’t soon forget the disdain for faith that he has cultivated throughout his time in office. Perhaps it’s only a matter of weeks until faith and tradition are reclaimed in the Oval Office, bringing an end to the administration’s apparent vendetta against the beliefs of the many who populate this great nation.
