In the latest bout of Biden family drama, Joe Biden has stirred the pot once again by meeting with a witness scheduled to testify against his son, Hunter Biden. The left is predictably up in arms over this development, failing to see the potential for corruption that is clearly present.
It’s quite convenient that Hunter Biden just happened to be at a state dinner at the White House, where Attorney General Merrick Garland was also in attendance. Garland, who heads the DOJ prosecuting Hunter Biden, is at the same event and raises serious questions about the impartiality of the ongoing legal proceedings against the younger Biden.

And now, news has surfaced that Joe Biden met with Hallie Biden, another witness set to testify against Hunter. This has rightly raised eyebrows and concerns about potential witness tampering or manipulation of the legal process. If the situation were reversed and it were Donald Trump meeting with a witness against his son, the outrage from the left would be deafening.
The left’s attempts to downplay the significance of these meetings are misguided. Even if we were to overlook the potential conflict of interest, the optics alone are damaging. It’s important to hold those in power accountable, regardless of their last name. The stench of corruption in this case cannot be ignored.
This situation highlights the double standard that exists in the media and among liberals when it comes to holding politicians accountable. If we are to truly uphold the rule of law and ensure justice is served, we must not turn a blind eye to actions that reek of impropriety. It’s time for transparency and accountability in government, no matter who is in the hot seat.
