In a recent interview on Fox News’ “Hannity,” Republican Congressman James Comer didn’t hold back when discussing the charges against Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden. Comer argued that the tax evasion charge was just the beginning of Hunter’s legal troubles, suggesting that there were also potential issues of money laundering and violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

Comer expressed his lack of surprise at the charges, stating that Hunter Biden has committed many crimes. He claimed that in addition to evading taxes on his income, Hunter also avoided paying back loans, totaling over $13 million. Comer questioned at what point a loan becomes income and suggested there was a significant amount of unreported tax liability.
The congressman further highlighted suspicious activity reports that indicated money laundering, stating that the Bidens’ bank statements and their research confirmed this suspicion. Comer believed that the Bidens were engaging in money laundering, citing the number of suspicious activity reports and their connection to China and Russia.
In addition to tax evasion and money laundering, Comer also brought up the violation of FARA. He claimed that Hunter had been lobbying for China, Russia, and other questionable countries while also lobbying his father. This, according to Comer, made Joe Biden liable under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
Comer concluded by emphasizing that the charges against Hunter Biden were just the tip of the iceberg and that the case was far from over. He expressed his concerns about the extent of Hunter Biden’s legal troubles and suggested that there may be more revelations in the future.
It’s no surprise that Hunter Biden is facing such serious legal charges given his track record. This is not the first time he has been accused of illegal activities, and it’s about time he faced the consequences.
