The Biden administration has once again shown its true colors, this time with their agenda to ban gas stoves. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Department of Energy have been threatening to regulate natural gas-powered stovetops since January, with the excuse of fighting climate change. However, this agenda has been in the making since the summer of 2022, according to a Fox News exclusive. The least affected industries will be food service and restaurants that rely on the use of natural gas, while many others, including American households, will be negatively impacted.
This proposed gas stove ban is part of a broader initiative by the Biden administration to limit the use of fossil fuels and curb carbon dioxide emissions. However, this move can be attributed to the administration’s ideology, rhetoric, and political alliances rather than sound science. The letters obtained by Fox Digital reveal that the Biden administration has used junk science from advocates to justify regulating natural gas-powered stovetops. This junk science has been used to create correlations with health problems and corroborate policies to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
While claiming to be environmentally friendly, the Biden administration has been creating a self-defeating proposition. A country full of all-electric cars looks good on paper, but these large lithium batteries require a large carbon footprint to produce and cannot be recycled. Cutting off the use of natural gas will even create more CO2 emissions due to the conversion process and the distribution of the power plant-generated electricity. It seems the Biden administration is more focused on controlling Americans rather than saving the planet.

However, there is still hope to turn the tide if Americans at the local and municipal levels engage with their energy policies and combat the boards and city councils that impose green agendas under the guise of efficiency and global health. California serves as an example of these dead-end policies, where the state struggles to keep its lights on and electric cars charged. Favored constituencies, investors, and producers in these technologies will benefit from hundreds of billions of dollars in government expenditure, further putting taxpayers in the dark.
The Biden administration’s vision of a utopian green electrified future could lead to America falling headlong into the dark ages, with other countries continuing to use fossil fuels to maintain their national security. It seems that this supposed green agenda will end up being a fraud perpetrated on the American people, with Biden and the radical environmentalists benefiting from hundreds of billions of dollars while producing no impact on global carbon dioxide emissions.
