Burning Man Mudfest: Biden Notices, White House Reacts

The Burning Man festival came to an end, and boy, was it a disaster! Torrential rains turned the venue into a muddy mess, trapping tens of thousands of attendees. It was like Woodstock meets a swamp. Even the Biden White House had to take notice of this hot mess.

The CEO of Burning Man Project, Marian Goodell, had the audacity to say there was “no cause for panic.” Are you kidding me? People were stranded, campgrounds were flooded, and one unlucky soul even died. But hey, as long as the hippies were having a good time, right?

And get this, when the Nevada National Guard offered to help, the festival organizers declined. I guess they thought they could handle it themselves. Newsflash, folks: when you’re knee-deep in mud and chaos, it’s okay to accept a little assistance. But no, they were too stubborn for that.

As the rains finally let up and the water started drying, they decided it was time for everyone to pack up and leave. Easier said than done. Cars and trucks were sinking into the mud, and people were wading through foot-deep puddles. It was like a scene out of a horror movie, except instead of blood, it was mud – lots and lots of mud.

But don’t worry, some die-hard Burning Man fans were determined to stay until the bitter end. They were hoping for a miracle weather forecast that would allow them to witness the burning of a giant wooden man effigy. Those folks must really love their art if they’re willing to risk getting stuck in a mud pit for it.

This whole fiasco just adds to the long list of Burning Man mishaps. Whether it’s crazy weather, dust storms, or a pesky pandemic, this festival always finds a way to end in chaos. And let’s not forget about those far-left climate protesters who thought it was a good idea to block the roads. Luckily, the Nevada Rangers weren’t playing around. They plowed through the barricades with guns drawn to arrest those green warriors.

So, there you have it, folks. Burning Man 2021 was a muddy mess, but hey, at least it provided some entertainment for the rest of us. Let’s hope they can clean up their act for next year, although I won’t hold my breath.
