In a surprising turn of events, even CNN, the network known for its adoration of President Joe Biden, couldn’t ignore the mounting evidence of his explosive temper. Axios reporter Alex Thompson broke the news, revealing that behind closed doors, Biden is anything but the calm and collected figure he presents to the public. Staffers described his outbursts as filled with expletives and berating, leaving them feeling humiliated and embarrassed.

Of course, CNN’s Laura Coates couldn’t hide her shock during her interview with Thompson. She questioned how this information came to light and who exactly was complaining about Biden’s behavior. Thompson didn’t hold back, stating that both current and former staff members have been affected by Biden’s temper. He noted that this had been a long-standing issue, with even staff from the early 2000s recounting instances of Biden’s explosive anger. It seems that Biden’s Irish temper has been on display for decades, and nobody has been safe from his wrath.

Thompson later adds "he didn't become president by accident, right? I mean, that requires a level of public persona skill that sometimes is different than your private persona…also the fact that he does actually have that compassionate, generous side.

Coates then played a clip of Biden promising to fire staff members who treated others with disrespect, highlighting the contradiction between his words and his actions. Thompson confirmed that Biden had a different public persona to his private one, carefully crafting an image of civility while behind closed doors, he failed to live up to his own standard. It’s clear that Biden’s reputation for civility and respect is nothing more than a facade.
It’s worth noting that the one time Biden did take action against a disrespectful staffer, it was only because the incident became public knowledge. T.J. Ducklo, his former deputy press secretary, threatened a reporter and received a mere slap on the wrist, punished with a one-week suspension. Biden only forced Ducklo to resign when reminded of his promises to hold staff accountable for their actions. However, Ducklo has since returned to the Biden team in a senior communications adviser role. It seems it’s not about the offense itself, but rather about whether it becomes a PR nightmare for the administration.
While it’s refreshing to see CNN acknowledging Biden’s temper tantrums, it’s perplexing that they didn’t uncover this behavior during his 2020 presidential run. Perhaps if they had been more focused on covering the real Joe Biden instead of covering for him, Americans would have had a clearer understanding of the man they were electing.
The revelation of Biden’s anger issues is just another example of how the mainstream media has failed the American people. They have been complicit in crafting a false image of Biden, shielding him from scrutiny and dismissing credible reports of his volatile behavior. It’s time for the media to hold our leaders accountable, regardless of their political affiliation. The American people deserve the truth, not a carefully curated narrative.
