In groundbreaking news, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer has thrown down the gauntlet and invited Joe Biden to spill the beans in the impeachment inquiry. Comer wants answers about Biden’s involvement in his family’s shady pay-for-play schemes. It’s about time someone called out ol’ Biden on his slippery ways! The invitation letter points out that Biden has been denying his hand in the cookie jar, but Comer’s got the evidence to prove otherwise. The White House is playing hardball too, refusing to cough up certain info or let witnesses spill the beans, which Comer rightfully calls “obstruction.” Looks like the Dems are up to their usual tricks of dodging accountability!
The White House Counsel spokesperson, Iam Sams, fired back at Comer in a manner that was unprofessional and downright absurd. When the official invite was sent out, the White House response turned downright childish. Really, this is the best they’ve got? These are the folks supposedly steering the ship? Responding to a serious impeachment inquiry with adolescent memes is just plain embarrassing. It’s becoming clearer by the day that the Dems are clutching at straws to avoid having Biden face the music. They must be really scared of what he might spill if given the chance!

Even George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley couldn’t hold back on criticizing the White House’s laughable behavior. He rightly pointed out how out of line the White House Counsel’s Office is in taunting and ridiculing Congress’ legal inquiries. Turley hit the nail on the head when he called out Biden’s lies and inconsistencies over the years. It’s about time someone held their feet to the fire and exposed the truth behind all those convenient memory lapses and fibs. The media might be turning a blind eye to Biden’s shenanigans, but the questions surrounding his dubious actions aren’t going away anytime soon.
The White House clearly knows that if Biden starts talking, it could spell disaster for their game plan. Who knows what slip-ups or secrets he might accidentally spill? Testifying could be the final nail in the coffin for Biden and his questionable dealings. The White House can’t come up with a good enough excuse for Biden’s tangled web of lies and cover-ups. By thumbing their noses at the inquiry, they’re showing just how little regard they have for the norms and rules they should be following. As Turley rightly pointed out, the truth behind Biden’s actions deserves to see the light of day, no matter how hard the Dems try to sweep it under the rug.
