It seems that the Democrats are turning a blind eye to the serious health issues of their leaders, Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) and President Joe Biden. Events that took place over the weekend have once again highlighted that neither of them is fit to be holding elected office. Hot Air reported that it is clear to everyone that their time in the public spotlight as lawmakers and policy-makers has passed – yet Democrats are refusing to encourage them to retire.

This is a dangerous game the Democrats are playing. Instead of dealing with the health issues of their leaders, they are pumping them up and providing cover for them. This is because they are afraid that the balance of power will shift away from their party in both the White House and Senate. It seems that political expediency is more important to them than the health of their leaders and the welfare of the nation.

Biden’s health concerns have been a topic of concern for some time. Axios reported that Biden’s quirky aphorisms are sometimes weaponized by Republicans to insinuate that the 80-year-old president is in mental decline. But even some of his aides aren’t sure what he means by them. Biden’s recent speech at a collapsed bridge showed a president who is struggling to express himself. It seems that he is finding it increasingly difficult to communicate his ideas clearly.
Fetterman is no better. His recent speech introducing Biden was filled with incoherent babbling and mispronounced words. His aides and supporters struggled to understand what he was trying to say. This should be a great concern to the Democrats and the nation.
It is clear to everyone watching that the physical and mental health concerns of Fetterman and Biden cannot be overlooked. Yet most of the mainstream media seems to be refusing to acknowledge the issue. This is a worrying situation, as it means that the Democrats are unable to deal with the situation if Fetterman is unable to serve or Biden is unable to continue as president.
It is obvious that the Democrats do not have a better plan to deal with the situation than to ignore it. This should worry every American, as it leaves the nation in the hands of leaders who should not be in their positions. It is high time for the Democrats to put their political expediency aside and acknowledge the issue. They need to come up with a plan to deal with the situation before it is too late.
