According to a recent Fox News poll, it seems that a majority of Democrat voters are not exactly thrilled about the idea of Joe Biden being their nominee for the 2024 presidential election. In fact, a whopping 54 percent of Democrat primary voters would prefer to replace Biden with someone else. Yikes! And only 43 percent actually want to keep Biden as their nominee. Double yikes! It looks like there’s some serious dissatisfaction within the Democrat party.

But hey, this shouldn’t come as a huge surprise. Biden has been facing criticism and pushback ever since he decided to run for reelection instead of stepping aside to let someone else take the lead. Talk about a lack of self-awareness. It’s like watching someone stubbornly hold on to a sinking ship even when there’s a perfectly good lifeboat available.
And the numbers don’t lie. The poll showed a slight increase in negative sentiment towards Biden compared to previous months. In October, 53 percent preferred an alternative to Biden, and in March, it was 52 percent. So, it seems that the more people get to know Biden as president, the less they like what they see. Can you blame them? I mean, have you seen the state of the country lately?
And if the poll results weren’t bad enough, it seems that Biden is also trailing behind former President Donald Trump in the national and battleground state polls. According to Morning Consult, Trump leads Biden in six of the seven crucial swing states. NBC News shows Trump ahead by two points, and Fox News has Trump trouncing Biden by four points. Ouch!
It’s clear that Biden is not exactly winning over the hearts and minds of Democrat voters or the American people in general. Maybe it’s time for him to take a hint and step aside gracefully. It’s not like he’s doing a stellar job anyway. But hey, who needs competency and leadership when you can have a president who can’t even finish a coherent sentence? Sarcasm intended.
It’s not looking too good for Biden and the Democrat party. With a majority of Democrat voters wanting to replace him and with polls showing him losing to Trump, it’s safe to say that his chances for a successful reelection are slim to none. And honestly, can you blame people for wanting a change? Biden’s track record speaks for itself, and it’s a record of failure and disappointment. Let’s hope the Democrat party can find a stronger and more competent candidate for 2024. They’re going to need it.
