Raskin seems thrilled that the Supreme Court didn’t challenge the idea that Trump incited an insurrection. Democrats are like kids in a candy store when it comes to finding ways to stick it to Trump. Raskin is teaming up with fellow Democrats, including the likes of Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Eric Swalwell, to resurrect legislation that could kick Trump to the curb.

These Democrats are so determined to take down Trump that they’re grasping at straws. They’re not even considering that the Supreme Court has already set some boundaries. But, hey, who needs boundaries when you have a vendetta against Trump, right?
Notre Dame Law professor Derek Muller is throwing cold water on the Democrats’ parade, saying that rejecting certification of a Trump victory would be an uphill climb. Looks like the Democrats might just be living in a pipe dream! And who can blame them? Reality is a tough pill to swallow.
