In a heated showdown on Fox News, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis lashed out at Vice President Kamala Harris, and boy, did it ruffle California Governor Gavin Newsom’s feathers! The two went head-to-head on pandemic response, education, and immigration, but things got real spicy when DeSantis called out those pesky teacher unions that seem to be in the Democrats’ back pocket.
You see, DeSantis didn’t shy away from pointing out that Biden and Harris are cozying up to those unions, which are big Dem donors. And let’s just say Newsom was not having it! He completely lost his cool when DeSantis dared to criticize Kamala Harris, who, by the way, used to represent California in the Senate. Newsom was so ticked off that he even started nitpicking DeSantis’ pronunciation of Harris’ name. “It’s not kom-a-lah, it’s Kamala, Ron! Show some respect for the madam vice president,” Newsom bellowed.

Then, to top it off, Newsom went to bat for his buddy Biden, giving him an “A” grade for his performance. You could practically see the steam coming out of Newsom’s ears as he defended Biden’s immigration reform and blamed Republicans for the surge in illegal immigration. I mean, come on, he’s practically handing out free passes at the border like candy!
And just when you thought things couldn’t get any juicier, DeSantis took a swipe at Newsom’s COVID record, calling him out for destroying livelihoods. Ouch! Looks like the claws were definitely out in this showdown!
