In a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Elon Musk and Joe Rogan delved into the “Twitter Files,” exposing the extent to which Twitter has become a far-left “arm of the government.” These internal documents, released by journalists, revealed a disturbing collusion between the government and Twitter to censor content. One notable instance was the suppression of the New York Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop preceding the 2020 election.

Musk didn’t hold back, asserting that Twitter had essentially morphed into a state publication and was ruthlessly quashing any views that differed from the left-wing narrative. Republicans, in particular, were unfairly targeted, facing 10 times the suppression of their Democratic counterparts. The billionaire entrepreneur also pointed out that Twitter’s location in San Francisco had amplified its left-leaning bias, suggesting that the city’s political climate had inevitably influenced the platform.
Moreover, Musk wasn’t alone in his concerns. Journalist Matt Taibbi, who had audaciously participated in exposing the “Twitter Files,” faced an audit from the Internal Revenue Service. He alleged that Viyaja Gadde, the former head of legal, policy, and trust at Twitter, had played a pivotal role in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story under the guise of their “hacked materials” policy. The brazenness of this suppression left Rogan exclaiming, “It’s just so blatant and so in your face.”
