The National Archives has recently confessed to having over 5,400 emails, documents, and electronic records that reveal Joe Biden using pseudonyms during his time as Vice President. It all started when the Southeastern Legal Foundation made a Freedom of Information Act request in June 2022, and the NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) confirmed the existence of these records. The request specifically asked for emails regarding the pseudonyms Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware, which Biden used while serving alongside Obama.

Not wasting any time, the Southeastern Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit against the NARA to obtain the release of these records. They claim that the records demonstrate Biden forwarding government information and discussing government matters with his son, Hunter Biden, and other individuals. Kimberly Hermann, the general counsel for SLF, expressed her concern about public officials abusing their power for personal or political gain and praised the significance of preserving government integrity through the release of Biden’s emails.
The Southeastern Legal Foundation asserted that the NARA has been delaying the process since the June 2022 FOIA request, accusing them of producing absolutely no emails since acknowledging the existence of the records. On June 24, 2022, the director of NARA’s archival operations division, Stephannie Oriabure, informed the Southeastern Legal Foundation that approximately 5,138 email messages, 25 electronic files, and 200 pages of potentially responsive records were identified and need to be processed to fulfill the request.
This revelation about Biden’s use of pseudonyms is not an isolated incident. As previously reported by the Daily Fetched, multiple Obama administration officials, including Barack Obama himself, Hillary Clinton, and two others, have also employed alias email accounts. This raises suspicions and inquiries as to why government officials would resort to using aliases, and whether or not it compromised government secrets.
Overall, it is crucial for transparency and accountability that these emails are released to the public. The American people deserve to know the contents of these records and be informed about any potential misuse of power by public officials. The actions of Biden and other Obama administration officials continue to cast doubt on their integrity and raise concerns about the ethical standards in our government.
