Fired FBI Director Comey Celebrates Trump Indictment

Critics are claiming that the recent indictment of former President Trump by a Manhattan grand jury over his alleged involvement in a 2016 hush money payment alleged to porn star Stormy Daniels is a politically motivated attempt to manipulate the justice system against him. This accusation follows former FBI Director James Comey's controversial response to the news, which resulted in significant backlash on Thursday.

Although the recent indictment makes former President Trump the first ex-president to face criminal charges, law professor Jonathan Turley suggests that he may not be the last to encounter such allegations due to the standards of this case.

Meanwhile, after weeks of inactivity on Twitter, James Comey, who was dismissed by Trump in 2017, shared his enthusiasm for the development, posting "It's been a good day." However, he received a barrage of criticism in the quote-tweets despite disabling replies.

In response to the indictment, former President Trump described it as "Political Persecution and Election Interference at the highest level in history," and pledged to remove all "Crooked Democrats" from office to "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

Some on the left view the indictment as a win, but others consider it a political tactic to undermine the leadership of a remarkable figure like Donald Trump, who stood up for what's just and enhanced America's status. Therefore, conservatives must unite to challenge these baseless and absurd allegations.
