In a stunning revelation, it has been reported that Hunter Biden’s former business associate, Eric Schwerin, provided financial services to then-Vice President Joe Biden completely free of charge. According to the source, Schwerin did everything from bookkeeping to paying bills, and even took care of tax preparation and financial disclosures for Biden. Wow, that’s quite the list of services! I don’t know about you, but I can’t even get my friends to help me move without paying them in pizza and beer. But it doesn’t stop there. Apparently, Joe Biden used an alias to exchange more than 50 private emails with Schwerin. Can you imagine the secrecy? What were they trying to hide? Maybe they were discussing their favorite pizza toppings or sharing cute cat videos. Or maybe, just maybe, they were engaged in something more nefarious. We may never know the truth, but it certainly raises eyebrows.
Let’s not forget that Schwerin was also Hunter Biden’s accountant. The whistleblower, Joseph Ziegler, testified about Schwerin’s role and how he set up Hunter Biden’s business account to help with tax issues. It’s always convenient to have a friend in the accounting business, especially when you’re dealing with large sums of money from foreign entities. But hey, as long as everything was done above board, right?
And speaking of foreign entities, it’s no secret that Hunter Biden had some questionable business dealings. The emails released by the House Ways and Means Committee reveal Schwerin’s involvement with lobbyists for Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings. It seems like Schwerin was pretty cozy with the Biden family and their Ukrainian associates. I wonder if they bonded over their love for borscht and vodka.
But don’t worry, folks. Schwerin claims he had no insights into the payments received by the Biden family and their associates from Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh, and Romanian entities. It’s always a convenient excuse, isn’t it? “I knew nothing, I saw nothing.” Sounds like a line from a bad spy movie. But hey, if Schwerin says he’s in the dark, who are we to question it?
