In Alabama, the GOP primary for the 1st Congressional District kept us on the edge of our seats with Rep. Barry Moore challenging incumbent Rep. Jerry Carl. Moore's victory adds an interesting twist, potentially giving Democrats a shot at flipping the 2nd District blue. Backed by the House Freedom Caucus, Moore is gearing up to face Democrat Tom Holmes in the general election.
