The House Homeland Security Committee revealed the airports involved in President Biden’s migrant airlift, which is enabling unauthorized migrants to bypass the border and fly directly into American communities. Florida airports, including Miami and Fort Lauderdale, received over 150,000 arrivals between January and August of the previous year. This program has also impacted New York, Houston, and Orlando.
The list of airports had been kept confidential, but the committee obtained them through a subpoena. Representative Mark Green criticized Secretary Mayorkas for ensuring that inadmissible aliens reach various parts of the country through this program. More than 400,000 unauthorized migrants have entered the U.S. through the CHNV program, created by Mr. Mayorkas to address the influx from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
