Hunter Dodges Jail Time & Slashes Child Support: Biden Privilege in Action?

Due to a plea deal with federal prosecutors, Hunter Biden was able to avoid going to jail for his recent gun and tax charges. This is a clear example of the injustice that occurs when people are treated differently based on their last name. If these charges had been brought against other individuals, they would have been given a different outcome. Furthermore, Hunter has reportedly also agreed to a child support agreement.

The New York Post reported that Hunter Biden and his former partner, Lunden Roberts, have settled their dispute regarding child support. Although the details of the settlement were not revealed, it is believed that the former's monthly payments to Roberts have been reduced to around $5,000.

It is important to note that Roberts' lawyer refused to provide an estimate on the settlement amount. He also noted that the final terms were still being worked out. Since the details of the agreement could be leaked, Roberts' lawyer refused to discuss it further.

Hunter Biden tried to hide his child's true identity by denying that he was the father. But, a DNA test revealed that he was the father. Despite his financial troubles, Hunter has maintained a lavish lifestyle. He has reportedly spent thousands of dollars on trips on his friend's private jet, and he has also painted works that range in price from around $75,000 to $500,000.

The ethics surrounding the purchases of these works of art are reportedly under scrutiny due to the lack of disclosure regarding the buyers. Hunter reportedly fought against Lunden's attempts to have their child named after the Biden family. According to Clint Lancaster, Roberts' lawyer, the family's refusal to acknowledge his client's child makes him sad.

It is clear that Hunter Biden is being treated differently by the justice system. He is being given preferential treatment while other Americans who have been charged with similar offenses are subjected to harsher punishments.
