The Delaware judge in charge of Hunter Biden’s trial has once again requested an update on the gun charges against him. Oh boy, here we go again!
Judge Maryellen Noreika, who has already caused quite the commotion with Hunter’s sweetheart deal, wants to make sure everyone is clear on the gun issue. Can’t blame her, it’s not every day you have the president’s son skirting felony gun charges.
Let’s backtrack for a moment. Hunter Biden was all set to walk away with no jail time after pleading guilty to some tax charges. And the cherry on top? The gun charge was going to be dismissed as part of this “diversion agreement.” Talk about special treatment!
But Judge Noreika wasn’t having any of it. She found the whole plea deal fishy and decided to pull the plug on it. Gotta love a judge who doesn’t let the elites get away with everything.
The tax charges have now been dismissed by Noreika, but the Department of Justice is still snooping around. Hunter’s lawyers are clinging to the hope that the diversion agreement is still valid, but let’s be honest, they’re grasping at straws.
And let’s not forget about the gun charges. Hunter Biden conveniently ‘forgot’ to mention his drug use on a gun form. Oops! Sounds like someone needs a lesson in honesty. But of course, the mainstream media won’t dare touch this story. It’s all about protecting the Biden clan.
What’s even more worrisome is the cozy relationship between Hunter’s lawyers and the Department of Justice. Are we really surprised? Nope. It seems like they were pulling strings behind the scenes to keep Hunter out of trouble. Money laundering? Shady business deals? Nah, nothing to see here!
Republicans are calling foul play, claiming that U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who is leading the case, did not initially want to press charges against Hunter. Guess they’re onto something. But don’t worry, the Department of Justice is dismissing the subpoenas from Republicans as “premature.” Yeah, because holding the president’s son accountable is just too much to ask.
It’s ironic, isn’t it? Hunter’s lawyers are using the Second Amendment, the very thing that his dad Joe Biden wants to dismantle, to defend him against the gun charge. Talk about hypocrisy! Maybe it’s time for Joe to take a long hard look at his family before he starts infringing on Americans’ rights.
