ICE Rounds Up Over 300 Criminal Aliens Fulfilling Trump’s Worst First Agenda

In a dazzling display of efficiency that might make even the most cynical observer raise an eyebrow, Tom Homan, the self-appointed border czar, has reported that immigration agents are finally following through on President Trump’s long-promised agenda of “the worst first.” In a mere 24 hours, ICE rounded up over 300 violent criminal aliens, proving that when the government wants to get things done, it can actually roll up its sleeves and get to work.

Homan proudly declared that 308 illegal aliens were apprehended, with some of them facing serious charges, including murder and, appallingly, rape. Among these were individuals accused of heinous crimes involving children. It’s almost as if ICE is miraculously transforming from a ghost town to a no-nonsense law enforcement agency overnight. One can almost hear the collective sigh of relief from law-abiding citizens everywhere, as less-than-desirable neighbors are being sent packing.

Just imagine the look on the faces of those in sanctuary cities when Homan revealed that every illegal immigrant is subject to arrest. Apparently, the left’s plan to shield criminals from the arm of the law hits a snag when the law itself insists otherwise. Homan dropped the bombshell that those elusive sanctuary locales, which offer refuge to troublemakers, are effectively mandating a more comprehensive crackdown. If you’re hiding someone dangerous, you might just get a surprise visit from ICE’s eager agents, who are intent on fulfilling their promise to prioritize public safety.

Homan emphasized that illegal immigrants don’t need to have a rap sheet to find themselves in an ICE interrogation room. With the current climate, it’s now a reality that if one nefarious character resists arrest, the agents have the authority to sweep up other illegal immigrants accidentally falling victim to these operations. For sanctuary city dwellers, that is like inviting a bear into your home and being shocked when it eats your sandwiches. If one criminal is hidden away, the neighborhood may just become a target-rich environment for ICE.

The reaction of the media, particularly those from the left, took a comedic turn when Homan broke the news to CNN’s Dana Bash, revealing the shocking fact that illegal aliens can get deported without a serious crime on their record. Expressions of disbelief and shock from such hosts have become a hallmark of recent discussions, adding a flavor of absurdity to a serious issue. It’s almost poignant that they didn’t realize that something as innocent-sounding as a neighborhood gathering can be significantly impacted when the rules of law are selectively applied.

Tom Homan’s steadfast approach and the backbone of ICE agents do make for quite the juxtaposition when compared to past administrations’ relaxed or obsolete protocols. One has to wonder whether the vaulting apprehensions will continue, or if the political winds might once again sway back in favor of leniency for those who ignore the laws of the land. For now, though, it seems that the message is clear: in the world of immigration enforcement, the worst are indeed getting taken care of first.
