Vice President Kamala Harris is brushing off criticism of her approval ratings, claiming that she has “great approval ratings” despite the fact that her average job approval rating is only 41%. It’s interesting that she didn’t actually point to a specific poll to back up her claim, because all recent surveys show her approval rating to be no higher than 44%. But hey, who needs facts when you can just make stuff up, right?

Harris also tried to downplay concerns about President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign, including potential primary challenges and third-party bids. She wants everyone to focus on the supposed accomplishments of the administration, like bringing down healthcare costs and strengthening the economy. But let’s be real here, the Biden administration hasn’t done much to actually accomplish anything. In fact, their policies have led to rising inflation, a border crisis, and skyrocketing gas prices.
In addition, Harris ignored questions about House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s openness to an impeachment inquiry into Biden and his family. She dismissed it as “political games,” but the American people deserve answers about the corruption and questionable business dealings involving Hunter Biden. It’s clear that Harris would rather dodge the tough questions and stick to her talking points.
Overall, Harris’s insistence on her “great approval ratings” and her attempts to deflect from the failures of the Biden administration are just further proof of her disconnect from reality. It’s no wonder her approval ratings are so low. The American people deserve better than empty promises and misleading claims.
