If this trajectory continues, kids might find their school libraries suddenly bare of anything but mindless propaganda, leaving them blissfully ignorant of genuine historical and political discourse.
In a time when grassroots movements and social media are the vehicles through which many Americans seek truth, it’s baffling that the government would consider curtailing these avenues instead of celebrating them. There’s a certain irony that Harris and her allies, who tout inclusivity, might be pulling a full 180 by creating an environment where intellectual diversity is snuffed out. They seem eager to trade liberty for a carefully curated batch of ideas—an unfortunate exchange that any conservative will see as downright un-American.
