Left Melts Down: SCOTUS Defends Christians, Upholds Constitution

“Progressives Seize on SCOTUS Case to Threaten to Refuse Service to Christians, I Completely Support Them”

In a surprising turn of events, the US Supreme Court made two rulings that actually back the Constitution and individual rights. In the case of Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, the Supreme Court said that it is against the Constitution to treat people differently because of their race. Lastly, the Court knows that putting a pretty face on discrimination with good intentions doesn’t make it any less wrong. In another case, 303 Creative vs. Elenis, the Court said that the government can’t force private people to agree with views that they don’t like. A Christian web design business was not forced to support gay weddings, which is a win for religious freedom.

So, the left did what they always do and told lies and exaggerations. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said that for high-risk Black babies, having a Black doctor is like a magic drug. But a careful look at the study she mentioned shows that there isn’t much of a difference between the survival rate of Black babies with a Black doctor and those with a White doctor. Justice Sonia Sotomayor, our favorite wide Latina, spread the idea that Matthew Shepard was killed because he was gay. She conveniently left out the facts that he was involved in illegal activities and had a relationship with one of his killers. It seems like the left will use any chance to get their way, even if it means lying.

Critics of the 303 Creative ruling say that it was a hypothetical case, but the Supreme Court wouldn’t have taken it if it was just hypothetical. The case had already been heard in district court, but it was sent to the Supreme Court on appeal. The left also criticizes Justice Sotomayor’s confusing opposition, which turned a simple case about the government’s ability to control citizens’ opinions into a fight about public spaces. This choice has nothing to do with public spaces. Instead, it’s about personal freedom and the right to say what you think.

The author of this piece is a conservative, and he or she is against rules about public accommodations on the grounds of freedom and the right to gather with other people. If you don’t like how someone looks or what they believe, you should be able to refuse to serve them. Businesses no longer have to serve everyone because the government said so. In fact, it is people on the left who are pushing in this way. Conservatives don’t like to support businesses that support progressivism and the LGBT movement. Instead, they like to support Christian and conservative companies. Even more, the author brags about how she doesn’t shop at places with “PRIDE” signs and doesn’t buy things from businesses owned by openly gay people. They hate the idea of paying for ideals and views they don’t agree with.

In the end, the Supreme Court made two important rulings that protect the rights of individuals and the freedom of religion. Even though the left may twist the truth to get their way, conservatives will always stand up for freedom and the right to refuse service. There are a lot of businesses run by normal people who aren’t ruled by their sexual preferences, and conservatives will happily support them over businesses that push views they don’t like.
