This weekend, Biden took some time out from his schedule to go shopping with his son Hunter. While waiting in line at a restaurant, Biden had an unsettling encounter with a stranger.
While Biden was walking around the restaurant, he noticed a group of kids who were at the window. He made a beeline for them.
