But wait, there’s more! Greene brought up around 73,000 “special interest aliens” from nations like Iran and Afghanistan, known for their cozy relationships with terrorists. The border crisis is not just about folks seeking opportunity, it’s about national security threats, she stressed.
The congresswoman went on to criticize Mayorkas for turning a blind eye to the 85,000 missing unaccompanied minors and the tragic deaths of at least 1,424 migrants during their dangerous journey. It’s a tragic situation, folks, and the blame is falling right at the feet of Mayorkas.
Greene’s resolution also pointed fingers at the heaps of fentanyl seized from migrants and accused Mayorkas of violating citizens’ rights and undermining immigration laws. It’s chaos at the border, and Mayorkas is accused of fanning the flames.
