The story of the cocaine found in the White House is getting more and more bizarre. Not only is the location of the cocaine changing, but the Biden administration’s response is lacking transparency. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to disclose where the cocaine was found and refused to explain why she couldn’t provide that information. Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates also dodged questions about whether they would reveal the culprit if they found them. When asked if the cocaine belonged to Hunter or Joe Biden, Bates refused to give a straight answer. He even used the Hatch Act as an excuse, which was met with criticism from both Democrats and lawyers. It’s clear that the Biden team is not being forthcoming with the truth.

But it’s not just the administration’s response that is raising eyebrows. Biden himself has been evasive and dismissive when asked about the cocaine. He laughed off the question on Wednesday and avoided it altogether on Thursday. Even MSNBC, a network known for its liberal bias, finds it hard to believe that the White House can’t track down the owner of the cocaine, especially with all the security cameras in the building. They even have a map that shows where the cocaine was allegedly found, although that could change again. If even MSNBC is skeptical, then the Biden team’s attempt to sell their story is clearly failing. It simply doesn’t make sense for them to react this way unless they have something to hide.

Biden has refused to answer any more questions about the cocaine and even called an early lid on Thursday to avoid further scrutiny. This is concerning because we have a right to know what is happening in the house that we, as taxpayers, pay for. The fact that they are withholding information suggests that they don’t believe they are accountable to the American people.
On another note, it’s interesting to see Biden using shorter stairs when exiting Air Force One. Could this be an acknowledgment of his well-known tripping problem? It certainly seems like it. However, no amount of early lids or shorter stairs can hide the fact that there is a serious problem in the White House. It’s time for the Biden administration to be honest with the American people and address this issue head-on. The lack of transparency and evasiveness is only adding fuel to the fire. Chris Wallace asked Biden if he could remember if they told the American people that the “Jab” wouldn’t be mandatory. The President said no, but he could very well be forgetting.
