Lin Wood, a well-known election lawyer who had some strange ideas about the last presidential election, has agreed to testify for the Atlanta district attorney in the 2020 RICO case against Trump in Georgia. This case is about how Trump and his friends are trying to get back the 2020 election loss in Georgia that Trump had. In a court statement, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis says that some of the defense attorneys in the case have conflicts of interest. In the file, it says that Wood is a witness for the state in this case, along with a few other people. Wood has not said anything about this file yet. He had appeared before a Georgia grand jury as a "material witness," according to what he told CNBC. Even though it's not surprising to hear insults like "Benedict Arnold" and "rat" thrown at Lin Wood, it's important to note that more people may leave the group if these court actions go on for a long time because they worry about money. Trump is a millionaire, and a super PAC is raising money to pay for his legal fees. This means that he should be able to pay for a good defense. But everyone else who has something to do with these cases is at risk of going bankrupt. Just look at how Michael Flynn's finances turned out after he pleaded guilty to supposedly lying to the FBI. With a Justice Department that is very biased and full of corruption, it is very possible that they will put a lot of pressure on the people involved in these legal cases. It's a sad situation that shouldn't be ignored.
