Third Way, a think tank with a left-leaning stance, is enraged at the mere mention of a third-party candidacy from No Labels. The think tank is issuing a dire warning that such a course of action would facilitate the triumphant re-election of former President Donald Trump.

Third Way is disbelieving the claims made by Sen. Joe Manchin and No Labels that Trump would not benefit from a third-party candidacy. They are reinforcing their position that such a candidacy would virtually ensure a Republican conquest of the White House. Matt Bennett, a co-founder of Third Way, steadfastly maintains their convictions, asserting that the evidence merely validates their apprehensions.
Bennett unequivocally stated that the organizational leadership of No Labels appears to be the sole individuals who maintain optimism regarding their prospects. He rates the concern regarding a third-party candidacy as an unequivocal 100 on a scale of one to one hundred. That is indeed a matter of considerable concern!
Bennett argued, "We sincerely believe in a head-to-head race; despite the most recent polls, Biden wins due to the electorate's dynamic." Then, he asserted that voters would be reminded of who Trump is and what he stands for, thereby securing the deal for Biden's victory and increasing his chances.
Bennett continued on from there. He cautioned that No Labels is not merely an extra option that may not damage President Joe Biden's re-election chances, but rather a grave threat. "However, our assessment is that [Biden] will be defeated if a reasonably prominent, well-funded moderate candidate emerges as an alternative," he continued.
Third Way issued a memorandum in March entitled "Donald Trump Should Never Again Be President," wherein it highlighted the substantial fundraising achievements of No Labels, which as of September 2022 had accumulated more than $46 million in pledges or donations. Although the Washington Examiner attempted to contact No Labels for a response, it appears that they were preoccupied with strategizing for their impending triumph over the opponents inclined to the left.
