The former Spokane, Washington, NAACP President Nkechi Diallo, previously known as Rachel Dolezal, has once again found herself in hot water. This time, it’s not for pretending to be African American but for her raunchy escapades on OnlyFans. Diallo, who had been working as an after-school instructor in Arizona, was unceremoniously given the boot after the discovery of her scandalous online activities.
The Catalina Foothills School District wasted no time in giving Diallo the old heave-ho after they caught wind of her sultry side hustle. District officials were not pleased to learn that their employee was using a platform known for distributing adult content, a big no-no according to their policy on social media usage by staff members. The district spokeswoman, Julie Farbarik, made it clear that Diallo’s behavior was contrary to their ethics policy, and as a result, she was shown the door.

Diallo’s gig at the school district was not just any ol’ job. She was reportedly raking in a cool $19 per hour, working with the little ones in grades K-5. But alas, that gravy train has come to a screeching halt. Her contract, which was set to run until May, was ripped to shreds along with any hopes of continuing to cash those fat paychecks.
It’s not just the school district that’s cutting ties with Diallo. Even Educational Services Inc., the subcontracted substitute provider, is keeping mum about her past, present, and future involvement with their operations. They’re not in the business of spilling the tea on their employees, and Diallo is no exception.
This is not the first time Diallo has made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Back in 2015, when she was masquerading as Rachel Dolezal, she had to kiss her NAACP presidency goodbye after being outed for falsely claiming to be Black. And let’s not forget her little run-in with the law in 2019, where she dodged a trial related to welfare fraud by coughing up $9,000 in restitution and putting in 120 hours of community service.
Looks like Diallo’s knack for landing herself in hot water knows no bounds. And as for her teaching career in Arizona? Well, it looks like that ship has sailed. Good luck explaining this one at the next family reunion, Nkechi!
