Plus, let’s not forget that Democrats have been pulling out all the stops to prevent Trump from running again. They’re desperate to erase his name from the ballots and silence the voices of those who support him. By rejecting the RNC’s proposal, Trump is refusing to follow the Democrats’ playbook. Bravo!
With a commanding 30-point lead in South Carolina, Trump’s confidence in his upcoming victories is well-founded. And if his opponent, Nikki Haley, fails to secure a win there, her justification for remaining in the race becomes much harder to defend. It’s a tough road ahead for Haley, but hey, that’s politics.
