In a tale of two priorities, the scenes in New York City couldn’t have been more different between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Trump paid his respects at the wake of fallen NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller, a hero tragically lost to senseless violence. Meanwhile, Biden was hobnobbing at a swanky fundraiser with Hollywood elites, completely out of touch with the real concerns of everyday Americans.

The contrast couldn’t be starker. Trump, standing with law enforcement and emphasizing the need for order and safety, while Biden was surrounded by celebrities, detached from the heartache of the Diller family. It’s no wonder that anti-Israel protesters crashed Biden’s event, highlighting the misguided priorities of the left.
Barack Obama’s frustration with the protesters only underscores the disconnect within the Democratic party. Instead of listening to the concerns of hard-working Americans, they are more focused on lining their pockets and appeasing special interests. It’s a sad state of affairs when fundraising takes precedence over honoring a fallen officer.
As the summer DNC convention looms, one can only imagine the chaos that will unfold. The left’s priorities seem to be in disarray, with little regard for the values that truly matter. Trump’s solemn presence at Officer Diller’s wake serves as a stark reminder of the importance of supporting our law enforcement and upholding the rule of law.
In a world where optics matter more than genuine compassion, the Democrats have once again shown their true colors. Their priorities are clear – money and power over people and principles. It’s a shame that Biden and his cohorts can’t see past their own selfish ambitions to truly make a difference in the lives of those they claim to represent. The choice between Trump’s respect for law and order and Biden’s disregard for the sacrifices of our brave officers couldn’t be more glaring.
