In a recent turn of events, Donald Trump Jr. made it crystal clear that he is not on board with the establishment’s push to have former Gov. Nikki Haley as his dad’s running mate in the 2024 presidential election. It’s no secret that Haley, a GOP presidential candidate, is lagging far behind Donald Trump in the polls, and let’s be real, we’re talking more than a whopping 50-point difference here.

Why the uproar, you ask? Well, Trump Jr. is throwing shade at Haley for not being down with the America First agenda. He’s got a whole laundry list of gripes against her, from her stance on foreign policy, free speech, government spending, to social policy. First off, Haley’s all about wanting everyone on social media to be verified by their real name. Yeah, real free speech warrior there, isn’t she? But it doesn’t stop there. She’s all about throwing American taxpayer funds at Ukraine’s border, and she’s cool with parents making irreversible decisions about their kids’ gender surgeries.
And let’s not forget about Haley being all gung-ho about bringing in migrants for jobs that could go to hard-working Americans. Trump Jr. is not here for it, folks. In fact, he’s quoted saying, “I wouldn’t have her, and I would go to great lengths to make sure that that doesn’t happen.”
He straight-up called out Haley for being the establishment’s puppet, their golden child who’s cozying up to the billionaire class. According to Trump Jr., they’re all about controlling the narrative and exerting their influence. For real, he’s not mincing words when he says that all you’d get with Haley as the veep is her trying to sink the Trump ship from the inside. And to top it all off, he likened her to a “Birdbrain” and a “Globalist RINO,” just like ol’ Rob DeSanctimonious.
And as if that’s not enough, The Donald himself chimed in, branding Haley a “Globalist RINO” and a “Birdbrain.” He’s no fan of her sympathies, or lack thereof, and he made sure to let the whole world know about it on Truth Social. The message is loud and clear – Haley is definitely not the golden girl for Trump and his crew.
