Former President Donald Trump, known for his assertiveness and precision, took a hit at one of his former staffers, Kayleigh McEnany, for reporting incorrect polling numbers during a Fox News appearance. McEnany said that Donald Trump was 25 points up on Ron DeSantis, but the former president debunked that by informing the public that he was, in fact, 34 points up in the poll number. This mistake did not go unnoticed by Trump, who explicitly expressed his disappointment with McEnany and labeled her as “Kayleigh Milktoast” in a tweet.

Moreover, McEnany has received criticism for taking underhanded digs at Trump for some months. She faced opposition when she fired off Paul Ryan talking points to damage her former boss. Republican Texas Rep. Chip Roy also expressed his dissatisfaction with McEnany and called her out on a Fox news program, calling her “milquetoast”. Many Twitter users have expressed their displeasure with her behavior and have questioned her loyalty to the conservative movement.

Despite McEnany’s apparent flaws and mistakes, the former President assured his supporters by referencing real polling numbers that showed him commanding a 54% sway with Iowa voters compared to DeSantis’ 20%. Such a number tracks with a Victory Insights poll, which showed that Trump was leading the field with 54% of the vote, with DeSantis coming in second at 24% and leading with 59% when Trump was off the ballot.
It seems that the RINOS and Globalists can have McEnany, asserts the former president while reminding everyone of his dominant lead in the polls. FoxNews should make use of personalities with real star power. These types of mistakes are unacceptable in such circles, and the former President has made that clear through his tweet.
