Taking to Truth Social, the former president lambasted the “Desperate Democrat attempt” to sideline him from the 2024 Presidential Election. He rightfully called out the left’s ongoing efforts to rig and steal elections, pointing to the Colorado Supreme Court’s egregious decision to remove him from their ballot. The legal gymnastics being performed by the left to take down Trump are a clear indicator of their fear of facing a strong conservative candidate in upcoming elections.
Despite facing challenges in more than a dozen states, the former president has not backed down. Far-left legal organizations are desperately attempting to twist the 14th Amendment to prevent Trump from running for federal office, despite the fact that he has not been charged with any crime related to the January 6, 2021 events. The left’s willingness to twist the law and circumvent due process in their pursuit of censorship and suppression is downright un-American.
In Michigan, the appeals court rightfully slapped down a complaint from a left-wing legal organization, highlighting that the secretary of state does not have the authority to bar Trump from the state’s ballot. This decision is a win for election integrity and a blow to the left’s attempts to meddle in the democratic process.
