As a concerned American, Habba found this troubling and saw it as evidence of a broken justice system. She believed that the leaks were orchestrated to generate publicity, rather than for pursuing true justice.

Habba went on to criticize the Department of Justice (DOJ) for their handling of the case. She highlighted the inappropriate behavior of a PR person from the DOJ making statements about a private grand jury investigation on Twitter. These indictments coming conveniently close to the election only serve to undermine the integrity of the justice system further. It appears as though the DOJ is actively campaigning against Trump, rather than focusing on justice.
