The American left loves to preach about how “nobody is above the law,” but it seems like they conveniently forget their own words when it comes to President Biden and his cronies. The hypocrisy is astounding. While they accuse former President Trump of weaponizing the DOJ and turning our country into a banana republic, they themselves are now doing the exact same thing.
A compilation video put together by The Trumpet Daily shows just how hypocritical these left-wing politicians and pundits are. MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, who during Trump’s presidency accused him of politically motivated persecution, now worries about the Justice Department being used as a tool under Biden. It’s amazing how the tune changes when it’s their guy in power.
Even late night host Steven Colbert got in on the act, claiming that Trump and his attorney general were using the Justice Department to their advantage. Funny how they never seem to mention how the left is doing the same thing now.
But let’s not forget the real reason behind all of this. Trump never initiated an investigation into Hillary Clinton and her classified emails scandal, despite “locking her up” being a popular chant at his rallies. He extended an olive branch to his political rivals, not knowing that they were busy scheming against him with a discredited plot about Russian intelligence agencies.
In his victory speech in 2016, Trump praised Clinton for her hard work and service to the country. He called for unity, urging all Americans to come together as one nation. It’s clear that he genuinely wanted to bind the wounds of division and be a president for all Americans.
Now, Trump is facing absurd charges that could potentially put him behind bars for over 700 years. It’s a ridiculous attempt to silence a political rival and further cement the left’s hold on power. This is not justice, it’s a blatant abuse of power. And it’s happening right under our noses. It’s time for conservatives to stand up and fight back against this injustice. Our democracy depends on it.
