Another day, another shameful display of leftist violence. In this outrageous scene, we witness a troubling combination of Antifa’s thuggery and Berkeley’s inability to uphold law and order. What a surprise. The radical left is so confident that they can act with impunity that they hardly bother hiding their crimes anymore. This time, a violent Antifa protester, a man named Jihad, thought he could escape accountability by covering up cameras. He must have been pretty panicked when he realized the news chopper was watching from above.
The Obama-Biden era may be behind us, but policy after policy continues to give free rein to anti-American, anti-conservative chaos on college campuses. Places like Berkeley seem to thrive on nurturing environments hostile to free speech and conservative ideas. Shockingly, they pretended to be concerned about security while conservatives find themselves dodging punches and threats. This isn’t the first time Berkeley has had a soft spot for those who resort to lawlessness to silence opposition. Who’s being protected here, if not the leftist bullies?

Moreover, it’s mind-boggling that our institutions are continually failing to protect law-abiding citizens, allowing radicals to assault anyone they disagree with. Thanks to the aerial footage from the news helicopter, we’ve got solid evidence here. A Christian man, boldly wearing a “Freedom” shirt, gets brutally attacked and robbed in broad daylight. What happened to justice and protecting the innocent? People used to say “believe in the system,” but when the system only stands up for one side, what’s left to believe in?
Thankfully, there’s a glimmer of hope with the Department of Justice deciding to investigate this atrocity. It appears voices are willing to stand against the madness—people like Harmeet Dhillon, who reminds us that equality under the law isn’t just a talking point, it’s a mandate. Are they finally willing to address the glaring civil rights violations on our campuses?
In a supposedly enlightened era, it’s a bit rich to see those who preach tolerance explode into violence as soon as someone challenges their ideology. Let’s call this what it is: a targeted, anti-Christian, anti-conservative assault that Berkeley’s officials should have stopped. Will they ever learn? Maybe the only way UC Berkeley will pay attention is when its defunding becomes a reality. Until then, keep those cameras rolling. They’re doing more for truth and justice than the so-called protectors of order.
