In a shocking turn of events, many dedicated service members, veterans, and their families who had made hotel reservations for the highly anticipated Army-Navy football game in Massachusetts have been left stranded. Their excitement and anticipation are quickly turning into disappointment and frustration, as their reservations were abruptly canceled. But why? Brace yourselves, folks. It turns out that these rooms were taken away from our brave patriots to house illegal immigrants. Yes, you heard that right – illegal aliens are being given priority over the very people who have dedicated their lives to protecting our great nation.

According to the reliable reporting of the Boston Herald, a travel agent responsible for booking accommodations for numerous families heading to the game revealed that a whopping 70 rooms across three hotels were unceremoniously yanked away from our heroes. Can you believe it? Massachusetts, a state that recently struck a deal to house illegal immigrants in hotels, thought it would be a brilliant idea to prioritize them over the brave men and women who serve our country.
Mark Harris, a prominent sports commentator at Outkick, took to his pen (or keyboard) to voice his outrage. He rightly exclaimed, “There is no sporting event that is more patriotic than the Army-Navy game. It’s beyond shameful that anyone tied to the game and its traditions is having to scramble for a place to stay while hotel rooms are being handed out to folks who largely don’t even know that the game exists.” Bravo, Mark Harris, bravo!
Even our beloved Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis, couldn’t hide his disappointment in this egregious situation. Calling it a “farce,” Governor DeSantis, who incidentally is a 2024 Republican presidential candidate, tweeted, “Our veterans and service academy graduates cannot find anywhere to stay for the Army-Navy Game because hotels are housing illegal aliens on the taxpayers’ dime. When I am president, the days of putting illegal aliens over Americans will be over.” You tell ’em, Governor!
As if this travesty wasn’t enough, let’s not forget that Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey had the audacity to declare a state of emergency over these illegal immigrants. Can you believe the nerve? Rather than addressing the concerns and needs of our own citizens, Healey chose to prioritize individuals who broke our laws. It’s a clear example of putting the needs of illegal aliens ahead of hardworking Americans. What an absolute disgrace!
We must stand together and demand better from our elected officials. Our servicemen and women deserve the utmost respect and gratitude for their sacrifices, not indifference and neglect. It’s time to put an end to these senseless policies that prioritize illegal immigrants over our own citizens. Let’s make sure that the next time the Army-Navy football game rolls around, our heroes are greeted with open arms and a place to rest their heads. God bless our troops, and God bless America!
