Biden’s administration has apparently rolled out the welcome mat for nearly 100 terror-linked migrants, according to Tulsi Gabbard, who, for those living under a rock, once held the influential role of Director of National Intelligence under President Donald Trump. This unsettling news came to light during a recent press conference near the southern border, where Gabbard unleashed a whirlwind of alarming statistics that paint a less-than-flattering picture of current border policies.
For starters, Gabbard revealed that over 4,000 individuals from Central Asia crossed the U.S. border through an ISIS-affiliated network. It gets worse, though. The National Counterterrorism Center has identified that many among them were either known terrorists or had connections to terrorists. This splendidly terrifying information, provided to the Biden Administration, should have been a wake-up call. Yet somehow, despite the obvious risks, only about a hundred of these potential threats were apprehended in 2024, leaving most of them wandering freely through American neighborhoods. As a bonus, only eight of those arrested were deported or kept in custody. The rest? Just a leisurely stroll back into the community.
Central Asia, the region responsible for this lovely influx, includes some delightful locations like Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, and evidently, these countries have more than just farmland and borscht to offer; they’ve sent us a cavalcade of so-called “Special Interest Aliens.” Gabbard was not speaking alone; she had Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth at her side, offering a united front against what appears to be a complete abdication of responsibility by the current administration.
The Biden team has certainly made a spectacle of border crossings, allowing a staggering nine million migrants to stream across the border, according to reports. In contrast, former President Trump’s stricter border reforms managed to keep crossings to a minimal level. Despite the obvious correlation between lax border policies and security risks, establishment media outlets have given a collective shrug to the implications of releasing terror-linked migrants into American society. It’s almost as if they think ignoring the elephant in the room makes it disappear.

While conservative outlets like Breitbart are covering this issue with the seriousness it deserves, the mainstream media has instead focused on everything but the risks presented by these so-called “Special Interest Aliens.” Over 10,000 of these individuals were apprehended in the first few months of the fiscal year alone. Anecdotal evidence even indicates border agents recently caught three Syrian migrants attempting to enter the U.S. Virgin Islands. So much for a quiet beach getaway without the baggage of international terrorism.
Supporters of unrestrained immigration continue to dismiss any concerns regarding the ideology and intentions of these migrants. So far, it seems most of Biden’s hand-selected officials, like Alejandro Mayorkas, have not seen direct Islamic attacks linked to these newcomers. However, that’s a narrative that doesn’t account for incidents like the one where a Muslim migrant allegedly shot a Jewish man in Chicago while shouting praises to Allah. And let’s not even get started on the lack of transparency regarding security checks on migrant visa workers, particularly those on H-1B visas who are given access to crucial national infrastructure.
In short, this administration’s approach to border security is as baffling as it is reckless, and the consequences could be as dangerous as an uninvited guest at a summer barbecue.
