On Thursday, President Joe Biden made his way down to the wild state of Texas. You might be thinking, “Why Texas? Is he going to address the chaos down at the southern border?” Well, hold your horses, because it turns out ol’ Joe was actually there for some private fundraising events. Typical politician move, right? Always more concerned about filling those campaign coffers than actually addressing the real issues facing our country.
Now, you might be scratching your head, wondering how in tarnation the President managed to ignore the complete mayhem happening just a hop, skip, and a jump away from where he was sipping on some fancy drinks. The southern border is in shambles, y’all! But this ain’t nothing new. For the past four years, Biden has been turning a blind eye to the fact that our country is dealing with one of the biggest border crises in modern history all thanks to his ultra-liberal policies.

And it ain’t just Joe who’s acting like everything’s hunky-dory down there. Vice President Harris is singing the same ol’ tune, too. She’s out here yammering about how the border is “secure” and has been a priority since day one of the Biden administration. But let’s not forget that she was put in charge of the southern border and hasn’t lifted a finger to actually do something about the mess.
Oh, and let’s not even get started on the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas. This fella testified that the border is “secure,” and yet we’ve had a whopping 1.5 million illegal aliens shimmy their way into our country since then. That’s right, you heard it. 1.5 million! Border Patrol agents have been dealing with a staggering 1,589,148 immigrant encounters at the southern border in less than a year, and yet the Biden Administration has the gall to tell us there’s no crisis. Gimme a break!
Not to mention, Biden has been out here yammering on about how he won’t treat illegal aliens with disrespect, claiming they’re the reason our economy is thriving. I don’t know about you, but I reckon our hardworking citizens have a thing or two to say about that.
And if you thought the border hoopla couldn’t get any crazier, just take a gander at what’s happening on the ground. Illegal immigrants have been led to believe they’ve got more rights than good ol’ American folks. Democrat-led states are doling out free health care, housing, pre-paid credit cards, and a free pass after committing crimes. No wonder we’ve seen a mad rush at the border, with folks bursting through razor wire and surging the El Paso wall.
Since Biden took office, over 7 million illegal aliens have high-tailed it into the U.S., and that number has only shot up since the last administration. In just fiscal year 2023, over 2.4 million immigrants snuck into the U.S. It’s a downright mess, and it’s high time someone did something about it.
