Once upon a time, there was a presidential nominee by the name of Michael Dukakis, and boy oh boy did he make a fool of himself. In 1988, the Democratic candidate thought it would be a good idea to put on a helmet and hop into an M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank. Let’s just say, that decision tanked his chance of ever becoming president.
Fast forward to today, and it looks like Democrat presidents still haven’t learned their lesson. President Joe Biden, who’s been known to have a bit of a forgetful streak, decided to break the cardinal rule of “Politics 101” by putting something on his head.

During a campaign event in Wisconsin, Biden was spotted wearing a hard hat alongside Sen. Amy Klobuchar and some union workers. But it wasn’t just any old hard hat — nope, it was on backwards. Not the best look for a guy who’s already struggling to keep up with what day of the week it is.
